Thankful for the Coffee Of The Month!

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection certainly, but also involves so much of everything: stuffing the turkey (and ourselves), toasting friends and family ( and getting toasted), and then laying down on the floor, rubbing our bellies and moaning with turkey coma. Can't wait!

Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas Natural Yellow Catuai is sourced from family owned farms in the Mantiqueira de Minas region within the state Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Mantiqueira de Minas region has a protected designation of origin (PDO) comprising 25 municipalities with more than 9,000 small producers operating together to bring their coffee to the international market. 

Tasting Notes: mango, raisin, fresh bread, and semi-sweet chocolate - medium roast.
