You might not have realized it, but our website was temporarily down this week for a few days. The Crickle Creek Team has been working tirelessly on a comprehensive brand revamp and various other enhancements. While it may feel like a complete overhaul, please rest assured that both our coffee, our team and our service remain unchanged.

Brand Image: New Logo and Color Palette
Adriana has dedicated the past eight months to a comprehensive brand redesign, aiming to encapsulate the true spirit of our coffee business. Our fresh theme and color scheme exude a lively and warm ambiance, inviting our customers just as our coffee does.
New Packaging
We are thrilled to introduce our new compostable-certified coffee bags. These innovative bags undergo decomposition in an industrial facility within just ninety days – a significant environmental victory! We genuinely appreciate all of our loyal customers who have reused our coffee bags over the years. Recognizing the importance of sustainability, we've taken a major step forward with this change.
It is important to note, however, that our compostable bags currently come in a single size, holding 340 grams. As a result, you'll observe updated pricing, and we regret to inform you that the half-pound bag options are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding and continued support in our commitment to a more eco-friendly future.
New Website
We are excited to introduce our revamped web store, designed to offer you a simplified and more efficient shopping experience. With our new and improved features, finding your favourite coffee has never been easier. Here's what you can expect:
- Enhanced Filtering Options: Our website now offers a range of filters to help you narrow down your coffee choices. You can filter coffee by roast type, including medium, medium dark, or dark, as well as by caffeine level, such as regular, half-caffeinated, or decaf.
- Effortless Coffee Exploration: When exploring a specific blend or origin, like our popular Colombian coffee, you'll discover a comprehensive list of all available options in one convenient place.
- Expanded Half-Caff Selection: We introduced more half-caff options across various blends, providing you with an even greater variety of choices.
- Informative Coffee Descriptions: Our coffee descriptions have been enriched to provide you with detailed insights into the coffee's origin and other interesting information about its journey from the farm to your cup.
- Seamless Payment Process: We've embedded the capability to submit your Interac e-Transfer payment at the time of purchase, streamlining the entire checkout process for your convenience.

Name Changes
We changed the name of some of our blends, mainly to harmonize with our existing blend names and avoid confusion.
- Our “Tres Amigos Dark” blend is now called “Bow” and the “Tres Amigos Medium” has been renamed “Elbow”.
- Our “Designer’s Espresso” blend will now be known as “Sarcee”.

In the near future, we will be launching a new platform on our website that will streamline the management of your coffee subscriptions and scheduled deliveries.
