Haiti Savane Zombie
Discover the depth and beauty of Haiti single origin coffee with Savane Zombie, a rare offering that reflects the heritage, resilience, and promise of Haitian coffee farming. Sourced from the Kolen region and produced by smallholder farmers working with Kok Ki Chante, this coffee showcases Haiti’s unique Caribbean terroir and refined character.
Grown at around 1,400 meters above sea level in fertile volcanic soils and under natural shade, the coffee matures slowly, developing a smooth, well-balanced profile with a full, creamy body. Haiti’s mountainous landscape and distinct microclimate—often compared to neighboring Jamaica—contribute to a cup that feels both comforting and memorable.
Expect notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, sweet hazelnut, fig, and gentle dark fruit, paired with a milky, buttery mouthfeel. Bold without heaviness and elegant without sharp acidity, this coffee shines as a dark roast and performs beautifully as espresso, French press, or drip.

$60+ across Canada
Most orders arrive within 2–4 days, depending on location. Full tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
For the best flavour, we recommend whole beans and grinding just before brewing. This gives you more control and keeps your coffee tasting its best.
If you’d like it pre-ground, we’ve matched each grind to your brewing method:
Fine: Best for espresso and moka pots.
Medium-Fine: Ideal for pour over (V60) and AeroPress with shorter brew times.
Medium: Perfect for drip coffee makers and flat bottom pour overs.
Medium-Coarse: Great for Chemex, Clever Dripper, and longer AeroPress brews.
Coarse: Best for French press, percolator and cold brew.
Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light — a pantry is perfect. Store it sealed in its original bag or an airtight container to protect its flavour.
Because we roast to order, your coffee arrives just as it’s approaching peak flavour. For the best experience, enjoy it within 4 weeks, and up to 4 months overall.
We don’t recommend freezing, as it can affect flavour and consistency.
We believe coffee is personal. It’s about finding a cup you truly enjoy, one that makes everyday moments better.
From bright to rich and chocolatey, our coffees work across brewing methods, so you can discover what you love with confidence.
Great coffee comes down to balance and intention. Start with our step-by-step guides to refine your perfect cup at home.
