El Salvador Bourbon
Our farm direct coffee El Salvador comes a classic Salvadoran Cultivar, Bourbon—grown on our own 170-acre family farm in the volcanic highlands of Apaneca. This is a true seed-to-cup project, shaped by years of patience, intention, and deep care.
Bourbon has been planted in El Salvador for more than 100 years and our farm is no exception. Over the past 15 years, we have introduced new and rust resistance cultivars, yet continue to have Bourbon in several lots, including Fincona 2 lot. The reason is that Bourbon produces a well rounded and classic cup we have always enjoyed.
This micro lot comes from our Fincona 2 tablon (lot) and follows the traditional washed process that highlights the coffee clarity, sweetness and vibrancy. Expect dark chocolate notes and brown sugar sweetness with a slight red grape acidity in a silky body.

Free shipping:
$30+ in Calgary & surrounding areas
$60+ across Canada
Most orders arrive within 2–4 days, depending on location. Full tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
For the best flavour, we recommend whole beans and grinding just before brewing. This gives you more control and keeps your coffee tasting its best.
If you’d like it pre-ground, we’ve matched each grind to your brewing method:
Fine: Best for espresso and moka pots.
Medium-Fine: Ideal for pour over (V60) and AeroPress with shorter brew times.
Medium: Perfect for drip coffee makers and flat bottom pour overs.
Medium-Coarse: Great for Chemex, Clever Dripper, and longer AeroPress brews.
Coarse: Best for French press, percolator and cold brew.
Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light — a pantry is perfect. Store it sealed in its original bag or an airtight container to protect its flavour.
Because we roast to order, your coffee arrives just as it’s approaching peak flavour. For the best experience, enjoy it within 4 weeks, and up to 4 months overall.
We don’t recommend freezing, as it can affect flavour and consistency.
We believe coffee is personal. It’s about finding a cup you truly enjoy, one that makes everyday moments better.
From bright to rich and chocolatey, our coffees work across brewing methods, so you can discover what you love with confidence.
Great coffee comes down to balance and intention. Start with our step-by-step guides to refine your perfect cup at home.
