NOTES: Strawberry, Pineapple and Dark Chocolate
From our family farm, Finca Argentina, a beautiful 70 acre farm located in the Apaneca region of El Salvador. The rich volcanic soil and ideal altitude facilitate in the production of a delicate and complex cup, yet clean and well balanced.
Our farm maintains a stable labour force, with some team members having been with us for more than fifteen years. Shade tress and year-round farm management leads to excellent farming practices which ultimately translate into high quality coffee. The coffee has been naturally processed at Coop Los Ausoles, who for the past five years has been in charge of preparing all Cup of Excellence lots for the country.
