June Coffee Of The Month

Although we already have a secret stash of Papua New Guinea, we've been seduced by the heady aromas and sweet profile of our new Papua Kimel Estate Peaberry coming from a smallholder farm located at 1580 meters in the Western Highlands south of Mount Hagen.  Established in 1974, the farm is proud to be ecological and sustainable using a clean water and recycling compost fertilizing initiative. It has a lot going on an it's not afraid to show some character. Tropical fruit notes are paired with some very ripe banana and berry flavors medium to high acidity.  Medium roast.

COFFEE OF THE MONTH

 This just in! Introducing Colombia Minama, a single origin coffee grown in the Departments (Provinces) of Cauca and Narino.  The volcanic soils give the bean a brilliant acidity with sweet citrus and caramelized tones in a medium roast.  Nancy’s favourite coffees come from Colombia and she is delighted with this one – lovely stuff this.
