Tanzania Peaberry
Notes: Plum, yellow apple, caramel, chocolate
Single Origin • 340 g
Tanzania Peaberry is a clean, energetic coffee from the Songwe Region in Tanzania’s Southern Highlands. Fully washed and dried on raised beds, this lot delivers the clarity East African coffees are loved for, with a focused cup profile shaped by its naturally round peaberry beans. Choose it when you want something bright, refined, and distinctive.
For the best flavour, we recommend whole beans and grinding just before brewing. This gives you more control and keeps your coffee tasting its best.
If you’d like it pre-ground, we’ve matched each grind to your brewing method:
Coarse: Best for French press, percolator and cold brew.
Medium-Coarse: Great for Chemex, Clever Dripper, and longer AeroPress brews.
Medium: Perfect for drip coffee makers and flat bottom pour overs.
Medium-Fine: Ideal for pour over (V60) and AeroPress with shorter brew times.
Fine: Best for espresso and moka pots.

BREW BOLDY, LIVE FULLY
We don’t just roast coffee — we grow it.
Built on four generations of coffee farming, our 170-acre farm in El Salvador produces exceptional cup quality year after year, supports local work, and uses sustainable practices that protect future harvests.
Everything we do is rooted in respect for our fellow producers, hands-on quality control, and a shared love of great coffee — from our farm to every other bean we roast in Calgary.
We understand coffee from seed to cup. Every bag is roasted to highlight each bean’s profile, from medium to dark roast coffees, so you can find a brew you truly enjoy.
Alongside coffee from our family farm, we carefully source from exceptional farmers around the world.
Since 1994, we’ve roasted coffee in Calgary with one standard: quality you can taste, delivered directly to you.
We roast Tuesday through Thursday and ship the very next day.

Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place, away from light — a pantry is perfect. Store it sealed in its original bag or an airtight container to protect its flavour.
Because we roast to order, your coffee arrives just as it’s approaching peak flavour. For the best experience, enjoy it within 4 weeks, and up to 4 months overall.
We don’t recommend freezing, as it can affect flavour and consistency.
