Sourced from Finca La Argentina, our family farm in El Salvador. The farm sits on the Apaneca-Illamatepec mountain range, where rich volcanic soil and integrated, sustainable practices contribute to the coffee’s structure and flavour development.

The coffee is processed naturally and patio-dried in full sun at Los Ausoles in Ahuachapán, where expert processing help preserve balance and clarity. Despite its dark roast profile, the cup remains expressive—offering depth with a touch of fruit character and a smooth, rounded finish.

El Salvador Dark Roast Coffee from Volcanic Soil

Produced using Bourbon and Catimor hybrid varietals and grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,300 metres above sea level, this coffee works beautifully for espresso, drip, French press, and coffee with milk. It’s a dark roast that delivers comfort and confidence, without sacrificing origin character.
