Not everyone wants bright and fruity coffee. Not everyone wants heavy, smoky dark roasts either. These blends are built for people who want richness and body while still holding onto the sweetness and subtle flavour notes medium roasts bring to the cup.

Every blend in this collection is built after roasting, not before. We roast each coffee separately to its ideal profile first, then blend them afterward. Roasting everything together would be easier, but roasting separately gives us far more control over balance, sweetness, and depth in the cup.

Medium dark roasts work beautifully for espresso, drip coffee, French press, and milk-based drinks, making them one of the most versatile roast profiles we offer and longtime customer favourites.

Freshly roasted to order and shipped directly from our Calgary roastery, these coffees continue opening up after a few days of rest while holding their balance and depth for weeks.
