This collection includes both carefully selected single origins and blends, perfect for traditional espresso, drip coffee, French press, cold brew, and milk-based drinks.

Not all dark roast coffee is created equal. Many dark roasts are pushed too far, covering the character of the bean with bitterness and harsh roast flavours. We roast differently, building depth, sweetness, and body while still protecting what made the coffee worth roasting in the first place. Dark should never mean burnt.

Freshness matters even more with dark roast coffee. Darker roasted beans become more porous during roasting, bringing oils closer to the surface, which is why darker coffees often appear shinier and lose their aromatics faster over time. That is why every coffee is roasted to order and shipped directly from our Calgary roastery, so it arrives fresh, aromatic, and full of flavour.
