The Co-op of Coopronaranjo from Naranjo, Alajuela selects its best cherries to put together its signature blend, La Rosa. A cup with a smooth body and a citrusy sweetness that has bright acidity. Coopronaranjo is a fine example of a Costa Rican coffee mill, incorporating ecological features in every aspect of their processing, from hydropower to run its operations to organic fertilizer production through vermiculture.
