A blend that seeks to balance the sweet and brightness in the cup. Our Kenya beans provides a zesty brightness which then leaves room for the Costa Rican and Colombian beans in our blend to work their magic bringing some caramel and brown sugar sweetness. A medium to high acidity profile with a silky body that brings forward tons of character.
