COFFEE OF THE MONTH

This just back! Re-introducing Colombia Minama, a single origin coffee grown in the Departments (Provinces) of Cauca and Narino. The volcanic soils give the bean a brilliant acidity with sweet citrus and caramelized tones in a medium roast. Nancy’s favourite coffees come from Colombia and she is delighted with this one – lovely stuff this.
