This release features 100% Kona Prime from Cancino Estate, grown on the volcanic slopes of Hawaii’s Big Island. Kona coffee is one of the most recognized and sought-after coffees in the world, known for its smooth body, elegant sweetness, and beautifully balanced cup.
This coffee is handpicked and carefully sorted, meaning the beans are selected for size and quality. The result is a clean, refined cup with notes of sweet nuttiness, macadamia-like richness, soft floral character, bold cocoa, low-to-medium acidity, and a creamy finish.
Many coffees sold as “Kona blend” contain only a small percentage of Kona coffee. This release is 100% Kona, which means the cup reflects the origin fully, not just a hint of it.
Roasted to order in Calgary on June 16, this Reserve release will arrive right on time before Father’s Day.
