A great tasting Ethiopia coffee with low acidity and mild fruity sweetness. Coffee producers in the Kercha district deliver their coffee to the Girma Washing station, which has operated in the region for more than 20 years. The drying is done on raised beds over fifteen to twenty days controlling temperature and air circulation. The control of the process produces and exceptionally clean and sweet profile.
