This coffee is sourced from Fazenda Plato Azul, which is owned by Elio Carneiro. Fazenda Plato Azul consists of 2,400 hectares of coffee and 4,000 of forests to support he local environment. The farm uses a rain catchment system and drip irrigation lines to deliver carefully measured moisture and nutrients to the coffee plants, in order to ensure quality coffee.
