Fazenda Castelhana is Rainforest Alliance certified located in Monte Carmelo and Diogo Tudela values the preservation of the environment. The farm has been in the family for 40 years and is at 950 meters. It includes 253 hectares of protected area supporting professional projects such as reforestation (planting of native trees), raising and preserving the fauna and flora, and management of waste disposal.
