COFFEE OF THE MONTH!

May is obviously turning out to be the harbinger of Spring in Alberta and along with the sprouting vegetation, we have found a few shiny new bags of India Monsoon Malabar (Coffee Of The Month).  This is the origin, along with Ethiopia, of first coffees.  It is smooth and pungent with a pleasant caramelized smokiness and spice in a medium roast .

Orders and order changes deadline is Mondays at 5 PM for that week's roast and delivery allowing for 5 days of coffee order consideration after this notice.  We show our appreciation for early orderers by nodding knowingly and putting those names up on the coffee pedestal. Also...coffee delivery is a C.O.D. transaction...if at all possible...I know...we would do it for free because we love it so much....but Mama needs a new pair of shoes!
