This month, we’re featuring Colombia Emerald Mountain coffee as our Coffee of the Month — a refined, high-altitude Colombian coffee grown at approximately 1,600 meters above sea level in the lush foothills surrounding Bogotá.

Why Altitude Matters

Coffee grown at higher elevations develops more slowly. That slower maturation allows sugars to concentrate inside the bean, resulting in greater sweetness, clarity, and complexity.

At 1,600 meters, this Colombian coffee delivers:
