Legal Terms and Conditions for Crickle Creek Coffee Giveaway

  1. Objective of the Giveaway: By these terms (the "Terms"), Crickle Creek Coffee, located in Canada, is hosting a giveaway (the "Giveaway") for users of the Instagram platform (the "Participants"), as described below.
  2. Participants: All Participants who meet the following requirements (the "Requirements") are eligible to enter the Giveaway:
    • Must reside in Canada.
    • Must complete the entry form available either via the ads on Meta platforms or at Crickle Creek Coffee's Website.
    • Must agree to these Terms.
  3. Theme and Mechanics of the Giveaway: The Giveaway involves Participants earning points, which increase their chances of winning. The points structure is as follows:
    • 3 points for completing the entry form (required to participate).
    • 3 points for following @CrickleCreekCoffee on Instagram.
    • 6 points for reposting any of the designated giveaway posts on Instagram stories.
  4. Call to Entry: Participants may enter the Giveaway until October 12th, 2024, at 23:59 MDT.
  5. Winners and Prizes: The winner will be selected randomly, with the number of accumulated points increasing the chances of winning. The prize consists of one bag of coffee per month for 12 consecutive months, with shipping free within Canada.
  6. Notification and Prize Claim: The winner will be notified via Crickle Creek Coffee's Instagram stories. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  7. Disqualification of Multiple Entries: Participants detected completing the form more than once or using multiple entries will be disqualified from the Giveaway.
  8. Privacy Policy: Participant data will be handled in accordance with Crickle Creek Coffee's Privacy Policy.
  9. Termination of Giveaway: Crickle Creek Coffee reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway at any time, and may select a winner from the existing Participants.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
