This Kenyan AB was procured through the Kenyan open auction system and carefully selected for its quality.  Kenyan coffees set the standard for acidity and brightness and this lot is no exception.  The coffee has been sourced from several producers around mount Kenya and expertly processed following the ‘Kenyan Process,’ that accentuates ithe coffee complexity. The parchment is sun dried on raised beds and transported to the Nairobi Coffee Exchange where it is graded, cupped for quality and ultimately sold at auction.
