Girma Edema, this coffee producer, has more than 20 years of experience exporting coffee from the Kercha district in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Girma’ s coffee washing station obtains the ripe cherries from several producers in the region and processes them carefully and are dried on raised beds over a period of 15 to 20 days. Full control and traceability is maintained through the whole process all the way to export resulting in an exceptionally clean and sweet cup profile. You can expect a velvety body in a well balanced and low acidity cup that is full of fruityness.
In the cup, expect a medium to low acidity in a mild body with some tartness.
