The coffee comes from several farmers in the San Marcos de Terrazu region in Costa Rica. Approximately 4,600 farmers form part of the COOPETERRAZU coffee cooperative and farm Caturra and Catuai varieties. The Coop takes great care of each bean and processes them diligently as well as supporting their members with inputs, healthcare and low-interest loans.
In the cup, expect a medium to low acidity in a mild body with some tartness.
