We're fourth-generation coffee farmers who roast, right here in Calgary. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches, then shipped the very next day, so it never sits on a shelf waiting to lose its flavour. Whether you're around the corner in Calgary or across the country, your coffee usually arrives one to three days after roasting, because coffee is better at it's freshest.
