Honduras as a coffee growing country exploded over the last decade with production surpassing all other Central American countries and aiming to surpass Colombia. The main producing regions are the highlands in Camayagua and Intibuca, where Coop Horticultores Siguatepeque (COHORSIL) is positioned to capture the cherries from those producers. Cerro Azul is a national reserve overlooking Lake Yojoa which creates a natural micro-climate with ideal temperatures and a humid mist that flows into the mountain every morning. COHORSIL uses the latest equipment and best practices to provide an exceptional coffee that reflects the origin to perfection.
