Our last coffee of the Advent Calendar, and a very special one.  From our family farm, Finca Argentina, a beautiful 70 acre farm located in the Apaneca region of El Salvador. The rich volcanic soil and ideal altitude facilitate in the production of a delicate and complex cup, yet clean and well balanced.  This coffee is from a microlot that comes from an area of 3 hectares where the Pacamara beans were planted back in 2017.  It is the highest part of the plantation and one that commands impressive views of the countryside.  A unique cup that hopefully will bring you joy.
