A profile that is easy drinking without being boring.  Expect a medium acidity and a silky body in a well balanced cup.  Enough flavor notes to drink black but also complements well with cream and sugar. Sourced from Ngila Estate, which has been in operation since the 1920s, operating on the rim of the Ngorongoro crater, a UNESCO world heritage site.  The estate boasts several wild animals, including lions.
