Several microlots from different small farmers make up this peaberry lot. The mill in Manizalez carefully process the cherries under the traditional washed method and thereafter sorts out different peaberries to create the lot. The cup is a great example of colombian coffee, with a full body and low acidity in the cup. Expect some savory notes, dark chocolate bitterness and nice sugar sweetness.
