A nice floral aroma welcomes you to this coffee of medium acidity and a syrupy body that brings notes of fig and citrus.  An enjoyable profile that does not overwhelm but is rather subtle and enchanting.
Several small family farms located in Northern Peru in the Amazonas Andes form part of the association know simply as El Palto.  Approximately 169 members with 550 hectares in total compose El Palto.  Main goal of the association is to increase production and profitability for its members for which it processes and sells organic and fair trade certified coffees.
